Helping you from education to job.

The happy university life is slowly coming to an end. And now new exciting challenges awaits – and you will now have to land your first job, become a freelancer or start your own business.

But how do you get it? What can you do during your studies to improve your job prospects when you graduate? How do you become aware of what you – as a recent graduate – can offer your first employer? And how do you write sharp resumes and applications that speaks directly to the hiring managers, so they must get you on board?

The registration period is: February 3rd - March 16th 2025

You can complete our program by spending 1-2 hours weekly for about 10 weeks, where you end up with well-prepared job search material and new inspiration for upcoming job searches.

In our online course, you will get inspiration, examples and concrete advice on how to approach the job search from A to Z – and then you will get closer to what you can and want.

Your partner and Career Consultant will be Anne Birgitte Weinschenk, who has loads of experience in guiding recent graduates into their first jobs.

The modules give you access to the latest evidence-based knowledge in job search. Since 2008, we have helped over 35,000 Academics get jobs.

3 pieces of advice

  1. The majority of international students find jobs in private companies of a certain size. The requirements for Danish language skills are higher within the public sector.
  2. We have included 3 coffee meetings with companies as part of the program. This is because, in most recruitment processes, private companies rely on networking to find their next employee. So, see these three meetings as an opportunity to expand your network—connect and grow.
  3. Your Danish language skills matter in your job search. Whether you speak Danish, have started learning the language, or, for example, have a Danish partner, companies perceive this as a sign that you plan to stay in Denmark long-term. This provides them with a sense of security when hiring you.
“If you want a better understanding of how to search for a job, it’s worth following. Additionally, it provides you with a forum to spark ideas about what you actually want to do after completing your education.”
